This week I did some Whole30 shopping at Whole Foods. I picked up delicious items!
There are two things that I bought and are not Whole30. The two bars from Primal Kitchen contain honey. I checked the label and was sure it’s fine, but then when I reread it at home, I noticed there is honey. Unfortunately, they will have to wait a bit.
I got two different dressings. Creamy Caesar and Thousand Island. So far, I have tried the Caesar, and I think it’s delicious. I made a salad with spinach, pancetta, butternut squash, avocado, bell pepper, red onion.
I also got some yogurts—two different flavors of Lavva plant-based yogurt and coconut yogurt. So far, I have tried the vanilla Lavva, and it was so yummy! I added flaxseeds, sliced almonds, almond butter, and mini banana.
I like the Almond Milk at Whole Foods for its ingredients. Water, Almonds, and Himalayan Salt. That’s it!
Lastly, I got ketchup from Primal Kitchen. I was debating between this one and a different brand. However, I had this one before, and I thought I don’t want to risk getting something I won’t like. It is so good! I will never go back to Heinz! A tip, the bottle is really easy to clean. The sticker will come off with just warm water and soap. You can reuse them for a homemade dressing 🙂
I hope you enjoyed my Whole30 Shopping at Whole Foods, and it brought you some inspiration on what to look for while grocery shopping!
