Sushi Bowl

Lately, I am craving sushi ALL the time! I had it probably three times last week! All this sushi madness made me prepare this Sushi Bowl.

I’ve tried making sushi before, and it wasn’t much of success. It wasn’t a complete failure either. But it was just not like I wanted to be. That’s why I decided I need to find an easier alternative. Somethings that taste like sushi but don’t require the work and skills that come with making a traditional sushi roll.

The Sushi Bowl it’s all of this. The combination of all ingredients makes it taste like sushi, but you don’t need any equipment and skills (besides being able to cook rice) to make it.

The spicy sauce fits perfectly with this dish! The level of spiciness is just perfect for me, tangy enough to feel the kick but not too spicy to burn in your mouth. If you like less spicy add less sriracha and the same if you like it spicier, add more sriracha.
