Superfood Bites

Looking for a quick snack that you can take with you everywhere? Superfood Bites are a perfect snack to take to work, school, or for a hike.

Only natural ingredients make them a really nutritious snack alternative to the store-bought ones. Plus you can make as many as you need and make sure nothing goes to waste!

These bites are a great snack, you can take them to work, hike, travel, or pack kids into a lunch box. They are s a much better choice than bars or other sweets. And a great alternative to these (not so many) that you can buy in a store because they taste better, and they are much cheaper! Plus you can use the ingredients you actually want.

Yields6 Servings

 ½ cup dates
 ¾ cup nuts of your choice
 ¾ cup dried cherries
 ¼ cup sunflower seeds
 2 tbsp dried berries
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 2 tsp flexeeds
 ¼ tsp cinnamon

In a food processor, combine dates and nuts and pulse until nuts are finely ground.

Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well combined. Form small balls, around 1 inch big.
