I am all about smoothies lately!
I drink one pretty much every day nowadays.
– 1 banana
– 1 cup strawberries
– 1 cup almond milk
Blend the strawberries with 1/2 cup of almond milk, put aside. Blend the banana with 1/2 cup of almond milk. Pour the strawberry mixture into a jar or a glass, pour the banana mixture over it. You can also mix everything together with the hassle of blending it separately. I did it purely for the look 😉
You can use fresh fruits or frozen if you like your smoothies extra cold 🙂
