Orzo with Shrimp & Feta

Yields3 Servings

 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
 16 shrimps
 ½ cup feta cheese crumbles
 2 cups fresh spinach
 2 cups sliced mushrooms

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with water and set aside.


Meanwhile, season the shrimps with black pepper, garlic salt and paprika (and/or your favorite spices). Fry the shrimps for 1-2 minutes on each side.


Add sliced mushrooms, spinach, and orzo pasta and fry for few minutes, until the mushrooms are soft.


Sprinkle with feta crumbles.
