Raw Vegan Mayonnaise

This Raw Vegan Mayonnaise is perfection! It will make you forget about butter or any other bread spreads.

I discovered this delicious mayonnaise not that long time ago in Brad’s Raw Made Easy by Brad Gruno. I’ve been in love and obsessed with it since then.

I love spreads and I eat them often. I like to add something that will give the meal an additional kick of flavor. Raw Vegan Mayonnaise is perfect for that and so easy to make!

You can add it to salads, spread on bread or lettuce if you like that kind of low-carb sandwiches.

Ingredients for Raw Vegan Mayonnaise:

– 1 cup cashews, soaked for 1-6h
– 1/4 cup water
– 4 tbsp lemon juice
– 4 tbsp raw vinegar
– 1 tbsp blue agave
– 1 small white onion
– 2 tsp salt
– 6 tbsp flaxseed oil

Drain the cashews. Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
