With the sunshine outside the window, high temperatures and overall amazing weather all I can think about is ice cream! Let me introduce you – Raspberry Nice Cream!
Since I started making my own ice cream I completely stopped buying them. For a couple of reasons.
1) the healthier options are usually expensive
2) if I buy a box I will eat it all
3) the less healthy (but cheaper) options are filled with sugar and artificial additives
In this homemade Raspberry Nice Cream, you won’t find any added sugar or artificial flavors, just pure nature 💚 💚
It takes only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to make it!
– 2 bananas
– 2 cups raspberries
– 1/4 cup coconut milk
If you use canned milk you can add the cream as well to make the ice cream even more velvety.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender; blend until smooth. Transfer to a freezer-friendly container and freeze for 2-3 hours. If you are patient enough, if not you can eat them right away.
