Quick and refreshing smoothie for hot summer days!
I love fresh juices and smoothies during the summer. There are not many things that are better during hot days than a cold smoothie! It’s easy to make, no need to spend time cooking in the kitchen (I mean it’s hot enough!), it’s also refreshing and nutritious.
All you need are
– 1 cup blueberries,
– 1/4 cup oats,
– and 1 cup of almond milk
Just blend it all and enjoy cold!
