Air Fried Salmon & Potatoes

This Air Fried Salmon & Potatoes is one of the easiest and quickest dinner ideas. If you have an air-fryer, you should give it a try!

It’s one of my favorite dishes from the air fryer and makes it quite often. It’s easy, quick, healthy, and delicious. It will be a perfect dish for a busy night or when you simply don’t feel like prepping anything. This Air Fried Salmon & Potatoes will satisfy your taste buds, save you time and money. Instead of ordering food, which can be expensive and also less healthy than home-cooked food, take the 15 minutes from your schedule and make this meal!

I’ve been making my salmon in an air-fryer since the very first time I’ve tried it. It has the perfect texture and taste! Plus, it’s really fast! No need to preheat the oven, which takes longer than baking the salmon.

My version of this dish is with spinach; I had some leftover spinach lying around in my fridge, and I had to use it up; However, you can substitute the spinach with any other vegetable you want.

Air Fried Salmon & Potatoes

Yields1 Serving

 4 oz salmon (1 fillet)
 1 medium size potato
 1 tsp olive oil
 paprika, garlic powder, salt
 2 cups spinach
 1 tsp minced garlic

Cut the potatoes into wedges and season with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

Place the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer. Set air fryer at 390 degrees for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the olive oil with spices: paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the salmon fillet with the marinate.

After the 10 minutes, add the salmon and air-fry for another 10 minutes.

In the meantime, sauté the spinach with olive oil and garlic on a pan.
